Shekel Now reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

Digital bank payments are subject to approval by the customer’s bank account branch.

Payment processing is provided by PayPal and is subject to their policies and limitations.

In the event of transaction cancellation, the payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

This service is operated in accordance with regulatory policies for the prevention of tax evasion, money laundering and terror financing. Suspicious activity and transfers over the lawfully permitted amount will be reported to the relevant authorities.

After completing the transaction, Shekel Now will not be responsible for the value of ILS and will not reimburse customers for its decreasing purchasing power.

In the future, you may be charged a negative interest rate on your digital Shekels holdings, at the Bank of Israel’s discretion. Holding cash may help avoid this.

Additional regulations that further reduce, limit or forbid the use of cash may be introduced in the future. Shekel Now will not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of cash.
